There is a lot of preparation for a summer. Our summer preparations have been going on since January, so that the holidays will flow with as little impact as possible on our customers.
There has been an inventory of substitutes as well as the recruitment and training of the right people who are committed to getting to know our customers and being able to help them in their everyday life in the best possible way. We have tried to learn from things that worked well and less well in previous summers. We have now come so far that we believe that the summer for Civil Care's staff and customers will be good!
